We are seeking a customer service focussed individual with excellent communication skills, to coordinate the recruitment of new volunteers across Villa Maria and further develop our recruitment strategy.

 

This newly created part time role is based in Kew and will be the first point of contact for all volunteering enquiries, providing high level customer service in response to these enquiries .

 

Reporting to the Manager, Volunteering Resources, you will be responsible for managing and further developing the Volunteer Database and the Volunteer Role Management System.

Working closely with managers and staff across the organisation, you will develop advertisements for volunteer roles and manage the initial screening process to match candidates to roles, including conducting public Information Sessions.

 

Permission to conduct a police check is required.
